Reaktor developed the Oma Elisa self-service portal for Elisa's personal and corporate customers. Hundreds of thousands of Elisa's personal customers, as well as thousands of companies, are currently using the service to manage their mobile and broadband subscriptions and related services.

Reaktor redesigned and implemented a comprehensive electronic order management system for Finland Post. The service is intended for private customers and companies, and it is also used to manage the production process related to the service. Because the system was business-critical and already in production use before the project began, the implementation had to take place seamlessly.
The system is used to manage millions of transactions each year and is subject to the strictest performance, scalability and service quality requirements. The project was a great success, thanks to excellent architectural design, transparent working practices and functional project management. The project was based on the BEA WebLogic application server and various open source products.
