The software company Reaktor continued to grow profitably in 2009. The turnover of Reaktor grew to €16.7 million, and the company’s profit totalled €3.4 million. The turnover increased by 22 per cent compared to the previous year.
“I am pleased to see our turnover continued to grow last year, despite the challenging economic situation. The most important thing, however, is that our clients prosper and are happy with our work,” says Reaktor CEO Vesa Lauronen.
Reaktor, which celebrates its tenth anniversary this year, continues to recruit new employees and currently employs around 130 software professionals.
“The secret to our success is that we have been able to gather the best experts in the field under one roof. We take great care in our recruitment process and hire new people whenever we find just the right kind of talented professionals,” says Lauronen.
This year Reaktor was voted the best workplace in Finland for the third time in a row. It was the second best workplace in Europe last year.
“Investing in people and quality pays off – regardless of the economic situation. Even though last year was a success, we cannot rest on our laurels. We believe that you can always do things better,” Lauronen continues.
