Scrum Alliance has awarded two Reaktor Innovations professionals, Arto Eskelinen and Jukka Lindström, the right to use the title of Certified Scrum Trainer. The trainers’ certification allows Reaktor to further expand its Agile method related consulting, training and coaching services portfolio.
Scrum is the most widely used Agile software development method. Certified Scrum Trainers are certified to teach Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) courses for software professionals. Reaktor organises both company-specific and general CSM courses.
Arto Eskelinen has over 20 years of experience in software development as well as team and project management. His current title at Reaktor is Agile Coach. Arto also has hands-on experience of successful Agile transformations and has worked in various Scrum teams in a variety of roles.
Jukka Lindström is an experienced Agile Coach at Reaktor. His responsibilities include coaching software professionals in technical competence, Agile practices and team work. Jukka has worked for over ten years in software projects in various environments, ranging from start-up companies to large global corporations.
